Students must meet all legal requirements applicable to driver education within their jurisdiction.
For Ontario driver education programs, students are generally required to:
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any other person.
Yo Driving Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be shared, misused, or used fraudulently.
Access to online course materials is provided solely to the registered student. Course content, videos, quizzes, examinations, documents, and materials are protected by copyright.

Students must successfully complete all required training modules, quizzes, assignments, and examinations before receiving course completion status.
Course completion does not guarantee the issuance of a driver's licence, road test success, insurance discounts, or any government approval.
Driving lesson scheduling is subject to instructor availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and operational requirements.
Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled lessons. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson may result in forfeiture of that lesson.
Yo Driving Academy reserves the right to reschedule lessons when necessary due to safety concerns, instructor availability, vehicle maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Students must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

All fees are payable in accordance with the selected course or lesson package.
Refund requests are subject to the policies in effect at the time of enrollment. Administrative fees, completed lessons, completed online modules, and third-party processing fees may be deducted from eligible refunds.
